How to replace system font with Zawgyi Font on Android Phone.

*Your phone need to be rooted to do the below steps.*

Download below.
Replace system font with Zawgyi

After download, extract it , then you will get the necessary files and softwares.

1. Install "Root Explorer".
2. Open "Root Explorer" and Choose R/W.
3. Copy "DroidSansThai.ttf" into System/Font
4. Choose "Replace".
5. You may need to reboot your phone.
6. Now you can read Zawgyi font on your android phone.
7. Enjoy.

  2. hi Aung Thu.. I already copied DroidSansThai.ttf to system/font but still cannot see myanmar font. Do u have any idea for this..? Thanks..

    1. OK. No problem for that! That's very easy.

      That means there is no original DroidSansThai.ttf font file in your system font folder. So, rename downloaded DroidSansThai.ttf to any one of the font files' name that is originally located in your system font folder.
      But, don't choose English Language font file name. Choose other language font file name. When they ask to "replace", choose "replace" it. Reboot your phone and can see myanmar font system wide. Enjoy it!

      Some of the words are not displaying correctly. is that normal for all the phone?

    3. Yes, it is normal for all the android version 4.0+ until now. All the worlds are shown correctly until Gingerbread version. I hope that Google or some myanmar font developers will fix this problem.
